For much of my career, I worked at the leading edge of human development inside complex organizations—designing leadership systems, advising executives, and observing where conventional growth models consistently stalled. What became clear is this: lasting transformation does not come from effort, insight, or behavior change alone. It comes from updating the internal architecture that governs perception, decision-making, and capacity. That understanding now defines my work.

Before founding Intuitive Akashic Healing, I served as Director of Technical Leadership Development at Micron Technology and Global Learning & Development Manager at Intel Corporation. In those roles, I developed enterprise-level leadership programs, facilitated global leadership councils, and supported thousands of engineers, scientists, and innovators in thinking systemically, collaborating across boundaries, and translating vision into execution.

Leading complex operational and development initiatives earlier in my career strengthened my ability to see both structure and pattern simultaneously—to hold detail without losing coherence. Combined with my academic training in Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy (M.S., California State University, Sacramento), this work shaped how I understand transformation: not as motivation or effort, but as a shift in the underlying systems that govern perception and choice.

Today, as a Certified Akashic Consultant and Reiki Practitioner, I integrate decades of leadership mastery with energetic intelligence. Through Akashic Records work, I help clients identify unseen patterning, dissolve energetic constraints, and realign with the trajectory they are here to live—accessing the deeper blueprint that informs clarity, capacity, and purpose.
